IRWIN, Pa., Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Police in Pennsylvania said they were able to identify a robbery suspect by the Victoria's Secret hoodie he borrowed from his former girlfriend.

Investigators said Timothy Corwin, 25, of West Newton was wearing the hoodie, which was emblazoned with the word "PINK" on the lower back, when he allegedly robbed the CoGo's store on Route 51 in Rostraver Aug. 23 and the article of clothing led to him being identified and arrested during the weekend, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Tuesday.

Corwin, who was charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, and ordered held in lieu of $100,000 bond, is also the "primary" suspect in a robber Aug. 22 at the Sunoco convenience store in Irwin. Police said the suspect was wearing the same hoodie during that incident.

Corwin's former girlfriend told police she argued with him Aug. 22 and he left her home with her hoodie and a pair of black sweatpants.
