DAVIS, Calif., Feb. 7 (UPI) -- A California family says it will not be spending money on anything for the entire month of February except fresh milk for their children.
Shelley and Bob Dunning of Davis said they made a final grocery store trip Jan. 31 and will be subsiding mainly on beans, frozen meat and rice during the month of February, and they and their four children will walk everywhere they need to go, KXTV, Sacramento, reported Tuesday.
The couple said the only expense they are planning for is ensuring there is fresh milk in the house for the kids. All other spending will be on hold for the month, they said.
