LONDON, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- A British woman who started a Facebook campaign to find the man she kissed on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza said she found out he has a girlfriend.
Julia Cross, 33, said she and her friends started the "Find Martin" campaign on Facebook and Twitter after she met a fellow Londoner named Martin at an Ibiza nightclub in September and was unable to contact him once returning home, The Sun reported Monday.
The search ended when Martin O'Kane came forward on Twitter.
"Cheers Julia! Hope you're well," he tweeted.
However, O'Kane said he "started seeing an old girlfriend again" after he was unable to track down Cross's contact information.
"I found this all hilarious and I'm flattered! I hope Julia isn't too embarrassed," he tweeted.
