Joseph Rampolla of the Park Ridge Police Department said the bird of prey was reported stuck upside down in a tree outside Park Ridge High School just after 2 p.m. Tuesday but uninjured, The Record, Woodland Park, N.J., reported Wednesday. Advertisement Rampolla said firefighters extended a truck ladder toward the tree and the animal control officer used a chainsaw to cut through branches and reach the falcon. The bird was taken to Tyco Animal Control for a health evaluation, Rampolla said.
