Pancho made his 40th annual visit Sunday to Lubbock and arrived at the Maggie Trejo Super Center with an escort made up of Hispanic Police Officers Association members, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reported Monday. Advertisement Lubbock police Detective Manuel Reyna, president of the Hispanic Police Officers Association, said more than 1,000 toys and more than 2,000 bags of candy and snacks were donated for the event.
