CEDAR FALLS, Iowa, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Authorities in Iowa said someone stole a semi-trailer truck loaded with margarine before it could be taken to a Target Distribution Center.

Black Hawk County sheriff's deputies said the trailer, which was loaded with about $50,000 worth of margarine, was parked overnight Saturday at an Elk Run facility to wait until the Cedar Falls warehouse had enough space for the spread, the Waterloo-Cedar Falls (Iowa) Courier reported Wednesday.

Investigators said the driver discovered Sunday morning that the trailer had been hooked up to another vehicle and driven away.
