About 11 a.m. Sunday, two children, ages 4 and 6, called 911 and asked to speak to either the police chief or Santa Claus, Times Herald-Record in Middletown reported. Advertisement Police said officers paid a visit to the Kingston home, interviewed the family and kids and tutored them on the proper use of the emergency number.
