Officers said they responded to the Portland home around 5:30 a.m. Monday to a report of a man threatening his relatives with a gun while about 10 children and multiple adults were inside the home, KGW-TV, Portland, reported Tuesday. Advertisement Investigators said the man, identified as Aaron Deon Kinsey, 21, barricaded himself in the house's attic and fell through the ceiling while police were evacuating the home. Kinsey was treated for minor injuries and charged with assault and harassment.
