The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office said the man told deputies he has had issues with the neighbor "for a while" and the offenses included hitting golf balls at his house, damaging his yard by driving over it, allowing a pit bull to wander free and exposing "his big hairy" buttocks while washing himself with a hose outside, TCPalm.com reported Thursday.
The victim, who said his son also witnessed the man expose his backside, told deputies he had video evidence of the incident and provided investigators with a DVD.
The man also accused his neighbor of putting a plastic bag on his chain-link fence, which he said amounted to trespassing.
The sheriff's office said the neighbor told deputies he put the bag on the fence so he wouldn't run over it with his lawn mower and he planned to dispose of the bag later.
The neighbor said he did not recall exposing himself but admitted his shorts may have exposed his backside "accidentally."
The case remains under investigation, the sheriff's office said.
