Baraboo police said a man wielding a small, black handgun robbed a Wells Fargo Bank at 5:30 p.m. Thursday and tellers noticed the tattoo on the left side of the man's neck, the Wisconsin State Journal reported Friday. Advertisement Lt. Rob Sinden said police had previous contact with the suspect and identified him as Richard Hindes, 31. "The tattoo was the tell-tale sign for us in identifying him," Sinden said. Sinden said Hindes was driving a 1998 burgundy Ford F-150, which had earlier been reported stolen. Police said they believe Hindes may have been heading toward Milwaukee or the Wisconsin Dells.
