Naked baby pic reported as child porn

LANDSKRONA, Sweden, June 15 (UPI) -- A sign bearing a nude picture of a graduating student as a toddler was reported to Swedish police for violating child pornography laws.

Lars-Olof Cederlund, a spokesman for Landskrona police, said a 48-year-old man reported the graduation celebration sign, which bore an image of a graduating student as a nude 3-year-old, as publicly-displayed child pornography, Swedish news agency TT reported Wednesday.

"He felt it was provocative and that there were many little children out on the street that could take offense," Cederlund said.

Cederlund said police decided not to open an investigation.

"If a prosecutor feels the need to for us to look into this they only have to report it again," he told the Swedish-language Expressen daily.
