COVINGTON, Ky., June 9 (UPI) -- Authorities in Kentucky said a garage mix-up led to two arrests and the seizure of 48 pounds of high-grade marijuana.

Covington police said Mike Finke stumbled onto the marijuana in April when he entered a garage he mistakenly believed to belong to the condo he had purchased for his son, The Kentucky Enquirer reported Wednesday.

Police said the search of the garage and condo also resulted in the seizure of $41,022 and led them to a safety deposit box, where $107,890 was seized.

Benjamin Bingham and Nicholas Mann pleaded not guilty Monday to conspiracy to traffic in marijuana.
