Mike McNeil, vice president of marketing for Hooters of America LLC, says Hooters is showing appreciation to all mothers for all they do to make the world a better place, by serving up their signature chicken wings for free all day on Mother's Day. Advertisement Not all women are mothers but McNeil says the restaurant is not asking for any long-form birth certificates of children proving motherhood. "We will be operating on the honor system so moms don't feel like they have to bring in birth certificates or their family photos," McNeil says in a statement. "We do hope they get to spend the day with their families however and invite them to bring as many of them as they like." The offer is good on dine-in orders only and there is a limit of one order of 10 chicken wings for each mom, McNeil adds.
