Robert McDonough III, 39 -- who was convicted in February of indecent exposure for exposing himself to Sears employees in May 2010 -- was fired April 19 by the Cincinnati Police Department, The Cincinnati Enquirer reported Tuesday.
McDonough, who a court affidavit said claimed he was walking around the store with his zipper down "in an attempt to determine who would advise him that his zipper was down," was sentenced to eight days of community service, two years of probation and a $250 fine. He was also ordered to stay away from all Sears stores.
The police department said McDonough had been placed on desk duty last June.
