Naked man arrested in ex-wife's home

ORMOND BEACH, Fla., April 23 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said a man arrested for violating an injunction when he trashed his ex-wife's home was found naked inside the residence.

Investigators said Jack McDonald, 48, of Crescent City, was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic-violence injunction Tuesday at his ex-wife's home near Ormond Beach, the Orlando Sentinel reported Friday.

Police said McDonald's ex-wife, Anna McDonald, returned home with her boyfriend Tuesday to find the house trashed and her ex-husband passed out naked on her son's bed.

Deputies said McDonald was previously arrested for violating the same 2004 order in February and was released from jail Sunday.

Anna McDonald said she did not want to press charges of burglary and criminal mischief.
