WARNER ROBINS, Ga., April 12 (UPI) -- Police in Georgia said they are searching for a man who stole $130 from a 13-year-old girl's lemonade stand.

Chelsea Edwards of Warner Robins said she was running the refreshment stand with two friends during the weekend when a man and woman identified by police as Gage Turner, 20, and Amber Umbarger, 21, approached and began asking questions, WMAZ-TV, Macon, Ga., reported Tuesday.

Edwards said the man grabbed the jar of money from between her legs and ran back to his car, speeding off with Umbarger running behind on foot.

Police said Turner drove off in a vehicle thought to be a 2010 Hyundai Accent. Umbarger was arrested.

Edwards said the money from the stand was for her two-year-old cousin, Logan Varnadoe, who is developmentally disabled and will be receiving treatment for a rare intestinal disorder this week at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

The girl said neighbors have pitched in to replace the stolen money.
