Lincoln Police Capt. Anthony Butler said the couple got into an altercation at about 6:40 p.m. Friday and the 19-year-old woman attempted to carve the tattoo from her 30-year-old boyfriend's neck, the Lincoln Journal Star reported Tuesday. Advertisement Investigators said the victim suffered minor injuries, mostly small scratches to his neck. It was unclear whether charges were filed against the woman.
