Mayor Luigi Bobbio of Castellammare di Stabia said the town council plans to pass 41 new rules that "every good citizen must respect," The Daily Telegraph reported Friday. Advertisement The rules, which include bans on excessively short skirts, exposed cleavage and low-slung jeans, are scheduled to be voted on Monday. Bobbio said the rules are meant to "restore urban decorum and improve coexistence" and aimed at citizens who are "rowdy, unruly or simply badly behaved." The ordinance would impose fines for violations, officials said.
