
ROCK HILL, N.C., Sept. 22 (UPI) -- A resident of Naked Creek Road in North Carolina was charged with indecent exposure for allegedly being partially naked in a Sears parking lot, police said.
Rock Hill police said the 47-year-old man, who lives on Naked Creek Road in Conover, was spotted taking nude pictures of himself Monday in the parking lot of Sears at the Galleria Mall in Rock Hill, the Rock Hill Herald reported Wednesday.
Police said they arrived to find the man nude from the waist down.
"I was trying to get a tan," the police report quotes the man as saying to officers.
Officers said the man had several nude pictures of himself on his cellphone.
The man, whose name was not released, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. He was jailed in lieu of $20,000 bond.
