STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- A Swedish fashion label has released a "transvestite and cross-dressing collection" for those who wish to add a little androgyny to their wardrobe.
Fashion label Acne said it teamed with Candy Magazine, a publication dedicated to transvestism, transexuality, cross dressing and androgyny, to create a line of three shirts available in denim and silk, The Local reported Thursday.
"Instead of the usual unisex statement 'for men and women', I want people to ask: 'is this for men, or women?'" said Candy Magazine editor-in-chief Luis Venegas.
"I wanted to create a bit of gender confusion," he said.
The shirts are named Alexis, Krystle and Sammy Jo after the characters played by Joan Collins, Linda Evans and Heather Locklear on 1980s soap opera "Dynasty."
