CHAMONIX, France, Aug. 26 (UPI) -- A group of Finnish mountaineers celebrated reaching the summit of France's Mont Blanc by erecting a "pop-up" sauna.

The four men said they reached the summit, which at 15,782 feet is the highest peak in Western Europe, amid sub-zero temperatures Saturday and stripped down to their skivvies to relax in a sauna comprised of a specially designed tent and wood stove, Britain's Daily Telegraph reported Thursday.

"The sauna got so hot that it felt quite refreshing to wash in the snow at -5 Celsius (23 degrees Fahrenheit) outside," climber Kari Harkonen said.
