NEW YORK, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- Breakfast giant Kellogg's has opened a Pop-Tart theme restaurant in New York featuring Pop-Tart sandwiches and other sugary concoctions.
The Pop-Tarts store and cafe opened its doors Tuesday in Times Square, serving menu items including the Fluffer Butter, which is comprised of two Pop-Tarts frosted fudge pastries stuck together with marshmallow spread, CBS News reported Tuesday.
The New York Times said Kellogg's is renting the store until January and will then decide whether to make the cafe a permanent fixture.
The menu also includes Sticky Cinna Munchies, which are cinnamon rolls coated in cream-cheese icing and chunks of cinnamon-roll flavored Pop-Tarts variety, and Pop-Tarts Sushi, which features three varieties of Pop-Tarts minced and wrapped in a fruit roll-up.
