Pennsylvania State Police based in Uniontown said the two women, Jessica Hollis, 23, of Mt. Pleasant, and Melanie Campbell, 38, of Hopwood, argued while waiting in traffic Saturday night to leave the Fayette County Fair, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Tuesday. Advertisement Police said Hollis allegedly smeared a dirty diaper on the rear window of Campbell's vehicle during the altercation. She was arrested and charged with harassment.
