Cross-country drive on 2 gallons of gas

SARNIA, Ontario, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Police in Canada said they have arrested a man accused of breaking into a home and holding a garage sale in its front yard.
Investigators said Kail Russell Stokes, 26, who was in custody on an unrelated charge, was identified as the man alleged to have broken into the Sarnia, Ontario, rental home of Greg Kemmis, 62, while Kemmis was out of town June 12, the QMI news agency reported Thursday.
Police said Stokes sold thousands of dollars worth of tools and woodworking equipment in the front yard of the home.
Kemmis estimated the sold items were worth a total $40,000.
