Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze Friday in an apartment and treated the man who lived there, who also suffered from smoke inhalation, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported. Advertisement The man left in an ambulance but first told firefighters to take care of his cat. They used the pet mask to give the cat a reviving dose of pure oxygen. Another cat vanished before firefighters could determine if it also needed medical care.
