Man learns casino losses not deductible

FAIRFAX, Va., June 23 (UPI) -- A Virginia online retailer said it received a cease-and-desist letter for marketing Canned Unicorn Meat -- a fake product -- as "the new white meat."
ThinkGeek.com said lawyers for the National Pork Board, from law firm Faegre & Benson, sent them a cease-and-desist order demanding they stop using "Unicorn -- the new white meat" on their Web site because it was too close to pork slogan "the other white meat."
However, ThinkGeek said the usage, which involved a page for a product listed only as an April Fools' joke, is protected as parody.
