Deer crashes through restaurant

BATAVIA, N.Y., June 14 (UPI) -- Dinner service at a New York state restaurant was interrupted by a non-paying patron -- a deer that crashed through a large window.

Managers and customers at the Applebee's restaurant in Batavia said the deer crashed through a window just after 7 p.m. Sunday and ran around the establishment, leaving a trail of broken glass, before being led out the front door, YNN-TV, Rochester, N.Y., reported Monday.

Restaurant managers said no one was injured in the incident.
