Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe OKLAHOMA CITY, April 20 (UPI) -- Police in Oklahoma said they arrested a man who allegedly exposed his buttocks to shoppers at two Target stores in the same day. Oklahoma City police said they received a report Thursday from a woman who said a man was "shaking" his exposed buttocks at her in the garden section of the Target store at about 7 p.m., The Oklahoman reported Tuesday. Advertisement Investigators said an officer saw a man matching descriptions given by the woman and another shopper who reported a similar incident at a different Target earlier in the day. Sean Andrew McClendon, 33, of Shawnee, who pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure in 1999, was arrested on a complaint of indecent exposure after former conviction and released on bail.
