NEW YORK, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- The married president of tech firm Oracle is featured on a billboard in New York's Times Square that was apparently put up by his ex-girlfriend.

The billboard, which has copies elsewhere in New York as well as Atlanta and San Francisco, depicts Charles Phillips and his former long-time girlfriend, YaVaughnie Wilkins, embracing with their names listed and the caption: "You are my soulmate forever," the New York Daily News reported Friday.

The billboards also list the Web address of a photo album containing pictures of Phillips and Williams dating back as far as eight years.

Bela Kovacs, a San Francisco Web designer who was hired by Wilkins to create the site in August, said she had believed the online album was meant to be a gift for Phillips. She said she was not aware that Phillips is married.

Phillips addressed the issue in a statement.

"I had an 8 1/2-year serious relationship with YaVaughnie Wilkins. My divorce proceedings began in 2008. The relationship with Ms. Wilkins has since ended and we both wish each other well," he said.
