Toledo police said Melodi Dushane, 24, allegedly punched through the window Friday after the drive-thru attendant told her chicken nuggets were not currently available, WNWO-TV, Toledo, reported Monday. Advertisement Dushane received treatment for injuries to her hand at Mercy St. Charles Hospital and was charged with felony vandalism. The woman, who was released from Lucas County Jail on her own recognizance, pleaded not guilty to the charge and is due back in court Jan. 28.
