TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a man arrested on a marijuana charge had a tattoo across his forehead reading: "Everything happens for a reason."
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Jason Burrelli, who works as a tattoo artist, was arrested Monday on a marijuana charge stemming from an April 29 incident, the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times reported Wednesday.
Debbie Carter, a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office, said Burrelli was pulled over in April for an unlit license tag and a deputy smelled marijuana inside his car. Burrelli was found to have three baggies of cannabis in the vehicle.
