Advertisement Therese Ziemann, 48, of Menasha, and Michelle Belliveau, 43, of Neenah, were accused along with two other women of gluing Donessa T. Davis' penis to his body in an alleged act of sexual revenge. Ziemann pleaded no contest Monday to disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery, and Belliveau pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct, the Appleton (Wis.) Post-Crescent reported. They are scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 2, 2010. An attorney for Ziemann said she is being treated for "an emotional disorder" and he expects she will get probation, the newspaper said. Belliveau's lawyers said prosecutors will not recommend she be sent to jail. Advertisement All four defendants were ordered in September to stand trial -- three of them on felony charges. Ziemann and Belliveau initially faced a felony charged of false imprisonment. Davis, 37, alleged Ziemann tied him to a bed at a Stockbridge motel room July 30 when he went there for a rendezvous. He says he was then set upon by Ziemann and Belliveau, as well as his wife Tracy Hood-Davis, 30, of Fond du Lac, another girlfriend, Wendy Sewell, 44, of Kaukauna. Belliveau contended she was only there to lend support to the other women. UPS driver finds, returns $5,200 FRANKFORD, N.J., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- A New Jersey UPS driver who found $5,200 cash in the middle of a road said he tracked down the rightful owner because it was "the right thing to do." John Piontkowski, 32, of Frankford, and his UPS helper, Paul Paradiso, 21, of Mount Arlington, said they found the bag in the middle of the road at about 12:30 p.m. Dec. 9 in Randolph, the Morristown (N.J.) Daily Record reported. "It was just shock. I was dumbfounded," Piontkowski said of finding the bills. The pair said a Bank of America deposit slip in the bag indicated the cash belonged to Stuyvesant Liquors in Jersey City. Piontkowski said he took the money to the bank, where a branch manager helped him get in touch with Don Knaus, the owner of the liquor store. Advertisement "It's the right thing to do," Piontkowski said of returning the money. "Anything you bought with that money wouldn't give you the satisfaction that it should." Knaus said he does not know how the money wound up in the road but he theorized he might have left the bag on top of his wife's car before she drove away from their home. Piontkowski said the couple gave him a "very nice reward," but he didn't mention the amount. Youths get front row look at deer necropsy EVANSVILLE, Wis., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin middle school teacher said his seventh-grade students witnessed a deer dissection to help teach them about the state's official wild animal. Bruce Curtis, a teacher at McKenna Middle School in Evansville, said only a few students decided not to attend the optional necropsy, which was performed by his father, Hugh Curtis, retired director of outdoor education for the Wausau School District's School Forest nature area, the Wisconsin State Journal reported. Curtis and his father said the lesson teaches students about deer and gives them an opportunity to view organs similar to those found in humans. "It's an ad lib project because when you open up that animal, you never know what you are going to find," Hugh Curtis said. Advertisement The project received overall positive reviews from the students. "It was exciting because I don't really get to see the organs when I'm out deer hunting," said seventh-grader and budding hunter Alex Shoemaker. Motorized barstool sells for $1,125 NEWARK, Ohio, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- A motorized barstool put up for auction after its owner crashed it while intoxicated fetched a high bid of $1,125 on eBay. The stool, which Kile Wygle, 29, was ordered to sell to help pay approximately $37,000 he owes in back child support, was first listed Dec. 3 for 99 cents. The 37th and final bid for the item Sunday brought the total to $1,125, the Newark (Ohio) Advocate reported. Wygle, of Newark, Ohio, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence after he crashed the motorized stool in March. The metal barstool is welded to a frame featuring four tires, a 5-horsepower engine and a steering wheel.
