Douglas Spingola, a masseur and convicted sex offender, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault involving three women at his Superssage parlor, the Hartford Courant reported Friday. Advertisement He was being held on $75,000 bond and has a Dec. 11 court date, police say. Spingola states on Superssage's Web site his viewpoint is to "treat people as you would like to be treated."
