HARTFORD, Conn., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Police arrested the owner of a Connecticut massage parlor for the alleged inappropriate touching of three women, police say.

Douglas Spingola, a masseur and convicted sex offender, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault involving three women at his Superssage parlor, the Hartford Courant reported Friday.

He was being held on $75,000 bond and has a Dec. 11 court date, police say.

Spingola states on Superssage's Web site his viewpoint is to "treat people as you would like to be treated."
