Man learns casino losses not deductible
TRURO, England, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- A 40-year-old British man broke into a barn and was found masturbating while sitting in a pile of manure, authorities allege.
A police spokesman alleges the Nov. 9 incident came about despite the fact a restraining order against David Truscott forbid the resident of Redruth, England, from visiting the farm, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.
The police spokesman, whose identity was not reported, said the incident frightened the family that lived on the property.
"This it was an extremely rare crime and we are doing everything we can," the police official said. ''This is very unusual and we appreciate it's going on for so long it is very frustrating for the family concerned.''
Truscott was sentenced to 20 weeks in jail for violating the restraining order. The sentence comes after Truscott received a 16-week jail sentence in Truro Crown Court in October.
The Telegraph said the October sentence for harassment came after Truscott admitted repeatedly visiting the farm in Camborne, England.
