EVANSTON, Ill., Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Police in Illinois said six men were cited for running nude on a college campus and one of the suspects told officers he may have the H1N1 virus.
Northwestern University Police Deputy Chief Dan McAleer said the six men, five of whom attend the Evanston, Ill., university, ran past the school's Technological Institute at 4:40 p.m. Friday with nothing on their bodies but purple paint, The Daily Northwestern, Evanston, reported Wednesday.
McAleer said the men were stopped by officers and told police they were streaking because they lost a bet. One of the men vomited while speaking to police and told the officers he may have contracted H1N1 from a family member.
All six men were cited for indecent exposure, McAleer said.
