George Bengal, director of investigations for the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, said the cat was found Tuesday in a Philadelphia yard with only its head sticking out of the duct tape cocoon, The Philadelphia Enquirer reported Wednesday. Advertisement "Whoever did this is very sick," Bengal said. "I've never seen a cat totally wrapped like a mummy before." He said the cat, nicknamed Sticky, was freed from the tape and is doing well. The PSPCA, headquartered in Philadelphia, is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of a suspect.
