Kevin Bishop, 44, was recognized from wanted posters featuring the cell phone pictures by two police officers Thursday as he walked into a subway station, the New York Daily News reported Friday. Advertisement Bishop is accused of masturbating in front of Cileane White, 41, while riding the northbound No. 3 train Aug. 7. White, an administrative specialist with the FBI, snapped multiple pictures of Bishop using her cell phone camera while he was exposing himself. The suspect, who has 64 previous arrests and 24 convictions for crimes including loitering for prostitution and drug possession, was charged with public lewdness.
