Lt. Marc Claycomb of the Melbourne Police Department said officers were called at about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday by business owners who feared the naked man inside the truck might be dead, WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported Wednesday. Advertisement Claycomb said the man was awakened when police and paramedics arrived on the scene. "Several business owners found the truck and spotted him in the front seat," Claycomb told Florida Today. "He had found a spot to pull over. He had disrobed for temperature comfort and was contained in his vehicle." Police said the man is not facing any charges. "It was in a secluded area, but clothing-optional should not be your arrangement," Claycomb said. "It was more of a stir about whether we had someone dead in the truck than whether he was nude."
