PHOENIXVILLE, Pa., July 11 (UPI) -- A Pennsylvania man who blasted a street full of children at play with the soundtrack from a pornographic film has been ordered to apologize.

Michael Buck of Phoenixville faces a charge of corrupting minors, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. A judge said at a preliminary hearing this week the charge will be dismissed if Buck fulfills his obligations within 90 days.

"This is a contract, Mr. Buck," District Judge Theodore Michaels said. "I expect you to follow it to the letter."

The conditions set by the judge include an anger-management class, 20 hours of community service and a mental health evaluation. Buck must also avoid any inappropriate contact with children and write letters of apology to the families affected by his actions.

The 27-year-old Buck, who has no children, reportedly has a history of getting annoyed at children playing and riding bicycles on the dead-end street where he lives. Parents called police May 31, reporting Buck placed speakers in his windows and broadcast a noise described as "a woman vocalizing her pleasure."

If Buck meets the judge's conditions, he would still face a noise complaint, a disorderly conduct offense.

Parents who attended the hearing said they hope the case is settled.

"We just want our children to be safe," one woman said.
