FARGO, N.D., June 24 (UPI) -- Authorities in North Dakota said a 26-year-old sheriff's deputy and his mother, the wife of a police chief, were arrested at a Kenny Chesney concert.
Fargo police Sgt. Mark Lykken said Justin Krohmer, 26, a Stark County, N.D., sheriff's deputy, refused demands that he leave the Saturday evening show in Fargo after he vomited on people in front of him, the Fargo Forum reported Wednesday.
Lykken said Krohmer's mother, Susan Krohmer, "was physically pushing the police officers while they were dealing with Justin."
Krohmer was arrested and charged with Class B misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer, the newspaper said. His mother was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer.
Stark County Sheriff Clarence Tuhy said the incident is under review.
"I've been informed of stuff that supposedly has happened, but as far as any comments, I've got no comment right now," he said.
