Licking County Magistrate John Berryhill said Kile Wygle, who pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he drunkenly crashed a bar stool that was welded to a metal frame and a five-horsepower engine, must inform the Licking County Child Support Enforcement Agency if he sells the stool and put any proceeds from the sale toward his massive child support debt, The Newark (Ohio) Advocate-Reporter reported Thursday.
However, Berryhill denied the child support agency's petition to seize the stool, saying "there are no funds to carry this out, no transportation available and no place for storage that would assure it would not be harmed."
Wygle, meanwhile, said he would not mind if the agency took the stool and attempted to sell it.
"I told them I don't have a license," he said. "They can come pick it up."
