"It feels good to be able to help kids who have been abused," fifth-grader Kellan Berry said. "To help them out so they can get clothes."

The Guadalupe County Children's Advocacy Center provides a homelike environment to abused children. The center's Paul Marsh praised the students' act of kindness.

"I think it's a true example of the love of mankind," Marsh said. "Not only to the Advocacy Center, but to society as a whole."
