NEW YORK, March 31 (UPI) -- Police said a JetBlue baggage handler fell asleep in a plane's baggage compartment and wound up flying by accident from New York to Boston.

Investigators said Sidney Nurse was arrested as a stowaway Saturday at Boston's Logan International Airport but he was released without charge after they determined that he fell asleep accidentally while working at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

Nurse told police he had become exhausted while working in the early afternoon Saturday and collapsed while in the plane.
