GOTEBERG, Sweden, March 15 (UPI) -- Nine Swedish police officers have been placed on desk duty while investigators look into allegations they posed unclothed for pictures at a party.
There are new claims that the men made a habit of stripping, the Goteborgs-Posten reports. The newspaper said the officers reportedly worked out in the nude at a police gym -- one also used by female police officers -- and baked a "sandwich cake" for training instructors, posing for more pictures with the savory pastry.
The activities took place while the men were off-duty.
"This is as yet unverified information," Erik Nord, a county police spokesman, said.
The nine got into trouble this year because of reports that they posed naked with a gun at a party celebrating the end of their training for a special tactical unit, The Local said. They could receive reprimands for their conduct, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
