Man learns casino losses not deductible

OOSTBURG, Wis., March 14 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin interstate was shut down after two semi-trailer trucks collided, sending thousands of pounds of big sausages flying onto the pavement, police said.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department said one truck slammed into the rear of the other on Interstate 43 near Oostburg about 1 a.m. Friday, the Sheboygan Press reported.
That sent about 3,000 pounds of one truck's 40,000-pound load of 2-foot sausages spilling onto the roadway, blocking I-43 for about five hours, the newspaper said.
Neither driver was seriously hurt but one, Kenneth Diggs, 50, of Milwaukee, who rear-ended the vehicle in front of him, was cited for inattentive driving.
