CINCINNATI, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- The University of Cincinnati says its week of "Sexploration" aims to teach students about safer sex with events such as "Pizza and Porn."
"Students have been asking for more information about this. We're just putting it together and showcasing it for this one week," said Regan Johnson, program director at the university's Wellness Center.
Participating students are to receive condoms and safe-sex kits Monday with educational materials to be handed out the rest of the week, The Cincinnati Enquirer reported Sunday.
A local company called Pure Romance is sponsoring the program in exchange for being allowed to promote its line of sexual aids, the Enquirer reported.
At the event "Pizza and Porn," sexuality educator Kathleen Baldwin will discuss how "porn is not necessarily a bad thing," Johnson said. "We're not showing porn, we're just discussing porn."
