RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- A North Carolina man says it was pure coincidence he was able to sell the Internet domain name for ex-President George W. Bush's planned presidential library.
Raleigh Web designer George Huger told The (Raleigh, N.C.) New & Observer that he came upon GeorgeWBushLibrary.com two years ago while perusing a list of expiring domain names.
He bought the rights for $5 and recently sold them for $35,000, the newspaper reported Wednesday.
"It was a wonderful turn of events," the 26-year-old Huger said. "We just bumped into it accidentally."
The newspaper noted a domain for a Barack Obama library was already taken.
