Desirai Labrada, 29, aka SickNdehed, and John Henry, 27, aka Psychovandal, met online playing Halo 2, a video game about lobbing plasma grenades at aliens, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

They were married Saturday, with the bride wearing white, the groom wearing a tuxedo and the officiant dressed in the full body armor of a futuristic, alien-swatting supersoldier.

The couple had a Halo-themed wedding cake and planned to compete in a bride-vs.-groom Halo tournament in the Science Center's Cinedome.

"I just wanted my wedding to be a little more interesting than the average wedding," said Labrada. "Basically, I just wanted to play video games at my wedding."

UPS man delivers daughter

CAROL STREAM, Ill., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- A UPS deliveryman in Illinois says he handled his most unusual -- and most precious -- package when his wife unexpectedly gave birth in their living room.

Craig Ramirez, 34, of Carol Stream and his wife Lisa, 31, already have four children, so he thought it would be another routine labor when she woke him Saturday at 3:30 a.m. to go to the hospital, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

By the time they reached the front door, however, the baby's head was coming out.

"I said, 'No, it can't be coming,'" Craig recalled. "'It can't. That's not even in the realm of reality.'"

Craig called 911 as Lisa stood and leaned on a sofa. Craig then got on his knees, put his hands on the baby's head and with a push from Lisa, the infant slid into her father's arms. The birth happened so quickly there was no time even to turn the lights on.

The parents and little Amelia Yvonne Ramirez were reported doing well, with Craig saying he was prepared to be peppered with delivery jokes when he returned to work at UPS.

Thieves steal N.Y. man's Mercedes, Porsche

MANHASSET, N.Y., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- New York police are investigating claims by a man who reported thieves stole a Mercedes-Benz and a Porsche from him on the same night, records show.

Detectives in Nassau County said the man, whose name wasn't released, told them thieves first stole his Mercedes Saturday and found the keys to his Porsche inside. They apparently used the car's global positioning system device to discover where he lived.

Once they arrived at his home, he said, the perpetrators used the keys to take the second car, which was parked in his driveway, Newsday reported Sunday.

The police report filed in the incident quoted the car owner as saying the keys to his Mercedes were stolen from the valet parking booth of a Manhasset, N.Y., restaurant while he was inside eating dinner, Newsday said.

Fifteen pacifiers found in dog's stomach

WARSON WOODS, Mo., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Veterinarians in Warson Woods, Mo., say they found 15 pacifiers, a bottle cap and a piece of a basketball in a 2-year-old bulldog named Lulu.

Lulu's owners, David and Jennifer Swart, said their 18-month-old daughter's pacifiers kept disappearing and they kept buying more.

When Lulu showed an interest in the pacifiers, they took her to the vet, who performed surgery last month after X-rays revealed an unusual gray area in Lulu's stomach, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

The vets saved the pacifiers, some of which had turned black from Lulu's stomach acid, to show the Swarts.

Lulu's $808 surgery cost was covered by Veterinary Pet Insurance, a California insurer that declared Lulu's case its most unusual for December -- after reviewing claims for dogs who ate nails, a packaged fire log, a whole turkey and several wigs, the Post-Dispatch reported.
