MURFREESBORO , Tenn., Dec. 9 (UPI) -- A Tennessee woman who found a bag containing $97,000 in a Cracker Barrel restroom said she was tempted to keep the cash but her faith led her to give it back.

Billie Watts, 75, said she initially took the bag to her Murfreesboro home and considered using the cash to pay for dental work, The (Nashville) Tennessean reported Tuesday.

"I have been having real bad teeth problems," Watts said. "I thought 'I'll get my teeth fixed.'"

"Satan will tempt you," she said.

However, Watts said she eventually decided to inform the store of her find and she later got a call from a woman who identified the money and a photo that was in the bag as hers. She said the money came from selling her home and possessions for an impending move to Florida.

Watts said she refused the woman's offer of a $1,000 reward.

The woman "told me she needed every penny she could to start over," said Watts.

"There is a hereafter. Some tend to forget that" she said. "God takes care of us anyway."
